The three-dimensional, hexagonal part of their logo contains three Kanji characters – 京 “Kyo”, 辰 “Tatsu”, and 鮓 “Sushi”, and it expresses the name of the restaurant. The two lines underneath this figure represent chopsticks and convey the restaurantʼs wishes for their customers to enjoy their sushi.
